CrossFit classes are M-F, and are programmed to last one hour. Each class will have a warm-up/mobility, technique, and a workout.
CrossFit classes meet at the following times:
5:30am
Noon
4:30pm
5:45pm
We have a ROMWOD (yoga for athletes) class that meets on Saturdays at 9am and a Technique Class/WOD on Saturdays at 10.
