1 rope climb

20 alternating walking lunges (no weight)

500m row

2 rope climbs

20 alternating walking lunges

etc – row & lunges stay the same – rope climbs increase by 1 rep each round

3 rope lowers = 1 rope climb

**partners can split the work however they would like – does not have to be equal – one partner can do all of one movement and none of another – totally up to the partner

** score is number of rounds & reps completed. 500m = 5 reps (100m=1 rep).. Count 3 rope lowers as 1 rep
