Schedule

This class schedule will remain until the first full week of August.  These classes will be our "On Ramp" curriculum for all members.  Beginning Monday, August 4, we will restart our "On Ramp" program for new members.  Current members will then participate in regular CrossFit Classes while new members go through the "On Ramp" curriculum for the month of August.  This "On Ramp" Class will repeat every month.
