Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit McComb!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session - or just come to a class (see the schedule page) and talk when your schedule permits. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. Then your next step is to enroll in our Intro Month.

By offering an Intro Month - you can determine if CrossFit is for you. There is no obligation to join and you can see how CrossFit will fit into your life and schedule.
