Here is one of my great friends at the 2014 Garage Games at Mississippi CrossFit this past February. He came in second in this event. Inspired by his love of Olympics, lets revisit this WOD today.
Every 60 seconds:
Complete one rep of the Bear Complex. (Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press/Jerk, Back Squat, Rack Jerk.)
Men start at 95/ Women start at 65. Add 10 lbs total to the bar after each successful complex.
Your rest is the remainder of that minute. When you fail a rep, use the remainder of the minute to Deadlift the weight as many times as possible.
