5 sets of 5 reps on Back Squat (Rest 2 minutes between sets)
6 Minutes AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
3 Squats as 60% of heaviest set from today
5 Box Jumps 30"/24
Stretch/Mobility to Hip/Quad/and Hamstring after for at least 15 minutes
